o you’ve just taken on the role of Director of a Registered Training Organisation. Congrats!
Now, you’re starting to realise that managing a RTO is not the same as managing any other company. There are various tasks that need to be done by certain dates, there’s a regulator to answer to, and there is a variety of codes and standards that you need to be aware of in order to do your job well.
With the RTO Management for CEOs course, you will learn how to navigate through the various tasks and responsibilities that you owe the organisation, the government regulator, the students, and other stakeholders. In addition to that, you will learn what you need to be looking for in the various operations of the business so that you lead your RTO to success.
By the end of this course, the CEO of the RTO will be able to have a better command and understanding of their role leading the organisation.
